SEBI on Wednesday served a warning to art funds.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on Wednesday served a warning to art funds. "Launching or floating of art funds or schemes without obtaining registration from Sebi amounts to the violation of Sebi Act and Regulations," the regulator said.
