Buffet's Offer failed to cheer the market.
Buffet's Offer to rescue troubled bond insurers, fueled a rally in the early trade. This charm started to fade, as one of the top bond insurer declined the offer, as the offer would take only their best assets. However, this offer thrown some light in the dark tunnel.
