Best Buy has a new name "Worse Buy"

I just read a story about a lady that took her computer there to get fixed and they lost her laptop...earlier this month I bloged about standing for 25 minutes trying to get help to buy a laptop...look what best buy did for my troubles...everytime you have bad service call 1-800-best-buy and get free money, but you have to ask for it.
