Recognition and Appreciation
I'm project manager of our company, I started as creative writer, one of the lowest positions there. Based on my experience, happy employees are more productive and energetic. Three of my subordinates underwent a six-month probationary period. On the third day of February, they will become regulars and I thought of giving them workplace awards.
