Donald Trump Sued by Nights at Vegas., Inc.
According to the Nights at Vegas., Inc.'s filing, Donald Trump is violating the anti-trust laws by prohibiting them from utilizing the name "Trump" in any of its advertising or marketing. The Nights sued Donald Trump for $4 billion ($1 bil in compensatory damages and $3 bil in punitive).
